DEEPDOWNINSIDE- U don't need the help screen anywhere near as much as u think. That is what is so sicc about the 60, almost every feature has a dedicated button. 2000s can't claim that title. U'll be surprised how quiccly u picc up on the 3.10 OS. Real talk. Thanks 4 the compliment... I think :?

Butcher- Just as I anticipated. Good sh!t, cuzz. U'll be amped off the new sonic capabilities. Hit me up if u need any OS conversion pointers/tips as I just got done doing that myself. Keep bangin yall. -uno-

Yeah nino you know the old OS well huh?

It's good to hear about how it used to be.

Truth be told, I'm glad 2 4get it. There were some real ill quirks 2 the old OS namely erasing sequence memory when u sample. Another was having 2 assign samples 2 a specific pad. It forced me 2 be more creative when making traccs and devise work-arounds 4 the dated midi implementation. I have a Roland R8 that I got shortly b4 the 60 (it's an old 80's drum machine that incidentally Roger Linn worked on as well) and the only reason I kept it is b/c it was so straight-forward and fun 2 play. The 60 was my work on beats machine and the R8 was my play machine. Now I have both in 1 with the 3.10 OS. Hope that made sense. Not looking bacc except 2 help folks move forward. -uno-

Ironic, they messed mine up as well...twice. But naw, the post office can still get it to you if the address is correct. That excuse is BS.

Well Idunno fellas I have worked longtime for both fedex kinkos and the ups store address mixups are common and a number one reason to things getting lost in the US mail so if you are sending by US POSTAL SERVICE have a lot of patientce and get insurance. Oh and a signature confirmation would be alot of help as well.

has anyone experienced this same lag time when ordering other products from route66..?

i want to cop that e-cooler thingy for my eps, but waiting like six weeks is kind of depressing.

well to resurrect an old thread, reading these posts is like a flashback. i had a bad experience with route 66 as well. same deal- "i didn't see your paypal payment".. or "i sent it".. "hold tight, it'll be there"

whateva man, if its gonna take 2 months for u to ship it to me then just be straight up and tell me so i'm not left thinkin it was lost in the mail.. none of this "i sent it" when u didn't. guy LIED to me repeatedly. i was pissed.

i did get the part eventually but i recommend DO NOT do business with this guy unless you absolutely cant find the parts anywhere else. if u do, expect to wait a long time and don't expect to have any tracking info.

on the other hand i would recommend SOUND LOGIC which sells similar stuff. they were timely, friendly and great service in comparison.

I bought from them once.
It took way too long.
...and they lie about why it's taking so long, and about when they ship.
