ok, looks like I have to be more specific, I searched it, and didn't find anything.

what do you do to reseat the voice chips? just push them in to make sure they're secure?? not take them out?

yes...voice chips on a sampler.

I did this to mine cause my mp sounded bad. They were probably just knocked loose during shipping. It's not a big deal just pop em out with a screw driver carefully so you don't bend or break the pins then put em back in gently. Honestly even though it worked for me it probably won't do anything for you.
