Zip Drives Suck!!!!!!

I am sick of Zip disc. I had to trash one a few months ago. I bought another one and now this one is starting to go. I may have to upgrade to a 2500 if I can't find another solution to storing my data.

I missed on a CF SCSI reader for under 5 $. I could kill myself.

I started using normal discs on my 3000 again, since I'm scared my zips will **** up

Someone know a good spot (in europe perhaps?) I can get a SCSI-reader from for under 100$?

I think the ZIP is still the best tool for storing on the MPC's. Hands down.

Go to a used computer store and buy yourself a few. If you look on Ebay you can buy them in lots of 10, etc. I've had mine for a long time and they work great(touch wood)! If you paid a ton for them, I could see why you'd be upset. However, I paid a few dollars for each of mine and they work fine. If mine go out, I would just move onto the next one.

Moving to the MPC2500 seems crazy as you'd still have to get all the upgrades for it to get rockin. I mean Ok it has a card reader, but the cool stuff you'd have to pay extra for.

Who said anything about the 2500? Get a card reader for the 60.
