I think its a shame Akai doesn't have better support. I like what Sequential Circuits did. When they went out of business they gave the rights to the old techs and those guys carry all the spare parts and really provide good support. Of course I'm talking about Wine Country Sequential! I have 3 SCI synths and all of them have been heavily supported by them when things have gone wrong.
Anyway, I just wish Akai had better support. There is support through VST, Forat & some others, but even they don't have many of the parts.
