mpc60ii and computer

I'm looking for a way to transfer files from my computer to my MPC60ii. I dont want to hook up my computer to my mpc.

Is a Windows XP computer able to write to a DD floppy that my mpc can read?

If not, is there any softwear I can get to enable me to do it?
