does it matter whether i use IBM or MAC ZIPs on a 60 and a 3000? cuz it don't matter with floppies on my 60 w/ HD floppy drive: just pop it in and format it. i can use the tape-over-the-hole trick to format any floppy as DD, too, for saving to floppy in my PC tower w/ MPCeditor.

thanks.

Doesn't matter.

A ZIP disc is ... a ZIP disc.

The PC/MAC compatible stickers on ZIP disc's were part in aid of simplifying integration with respective environments.

Any of these ZIP disc's can be used with an MPC60/MPC300 ( or just about any other proprietry format sampler ).

The MPC60/MPC3000 will simply blow away any format that pre-exists on the ZIP disc.

Then the MPC60/MPC3000 will use it's own format.
