It does look minty though but the pic is like 50px x 50px

Of course you can buy this model cheaper than from us. Just make sure it has been serviced by Akai, and that the defective parts have been replaced. The 60, mk1 or 2, definitely sound different that the 3000. Akai has not been able to get the new lines to sound that good.

[img]We did have some delay on delivery some time. When this happens, we include an extra something in the order.

Now this 1000 to 4000 us$ gone missing is what is called slander, or is it libel ? I ll ask my lawyer on that.

If we owe those amounts to anyone, why don't they contact us ? our email address is all over the website ...By phone ? why not, when people start to understand the concept of "time difference" and stop calling us at 3 am, then yes.

I am still waiting for the names of these people who we are told were ripped-off. Along with all the info that goes with it: exact dates, exact amount, payment methods, addresses, etc. Not some "I heard of blabla" We keep track of all transactions, and of all written correspondence (emails - scans - faxes)

Use an escrow service if you wish, use Paypal, both are not without added fees, as you probably know by now.
