Whats up yall I feel like I've done enough digging to ask some serious questions finaly so here goes.

1. Where can i get the manual. I have been through every page of this forum(not every thread however) and have found the same dead link to akais website. I also did some looking myself on the website and could not for the life of me find a link for the manual for the 3000 or 60

2. Chopping. While reading through one of the threads some one mentioned chopping using the 16levels function. I'd be really interested to know this method if any one knows it. I'll see if i can find the original post.

3. Midi. I know you can only use one program, but i am to understand that you can still use multiple tracks correct? Like could i do this?

track - 1 program 1 (the drums)
track - 2 program 1 (sample)
track - 3 program 1 (the bass)
track - 4 midi 1a
track - 5 midi 2a

and so on and so forth?

Thanks alot yall

By going online to the AKAIPRO website:

http://www.akaipro.com/archive_doc/MPC3 ... Manual.zip

Lo Ki wrote:2. Chopping.

Read the manual once you've downloaded it from the above link.

Allright so I read through the 16 levels section and its not to specific, but im gonna try and fool around with it the next time i get a chance on a 3000.

But maybe you guys can help me out so i know what im doin. If i hit the 16 levels key, assign the note i want, what function do i use? note variation for decay?

I'll see if i cant find the post again.
