whats up folks. so, i got an extra mpc60 (yes, i own 2) sitting here at my crib. i thought i would post on here 1st and see if i could avoid going on ebay with it. so if anyone is interested hit me up!
the low down: mpc 60 with the original operating system (2.1?) everything works great EXCEPT the floppy drive. it worked for awhile but now it wont format disks. however, it has the marion systems scsi card installed already, so with an updated OS you could use a zip drive (which i will include a working zip drive with the mpc) or u could replace the floppy drive. whatever.
all buttons work fine, probably could use a new backlight, but the screen works and lights up, just not very bright. missing the side panels. cosmetically in good shape, a little grimey but nothing bad considering its age and all. it samples fine, pads work fine, it's in great condition!
i'm lookin to get $600.00 o.b.o.
-and if someone could tell me how to post a pic on this forum i'll post pics. or i'll send them to an email. or you could check myspace.com/deejaydemise and look at pics there
