Shipping an MPC!!!

Cheers for all the knowledge people's and I'm keeping my fingers crossed over whether it'll be in good nick or not! I only paid $415 w/o shipping and looking around, the average price seems to be $600 so I guess I can afford some postage/repairs...

On the topic of "keeping it in the fam" I didn't want to start any arguments but I just wanted to say that I have learnt an awful lot over the couple of years I've been lurking so thanks to everyone that's helped me etc.

I've paid for it and everything now and I've got my shipping code (cheers for the heads up on that one arcadefunk) so now I'm waiting patiently! Is it really going to take 2 weeks? I want it now!!!

Let me know when the 60 arrives,I wanna know if its worth to pay 80 bucks more just for a tracking option,believe me you will need that money for your repairs

I know how it feels tho. I got ripped off on the first mpc I bought. He advertised as mint 3k limited and i received a focked up normal one. the power supply burned out the first night i played with it. Had to replace pretty much everything except the logic boards, including the case. luckily, i found a brand spanking new beige top case from a certain mpc guru in australia. that 3k is still giving me trouble and now its just sitting in my house. didnt make that same mistake when i bought the 60 tho.

Damn I'm pretty depressed about buying this MPC now! Do you guys think I got it cheap though even if I'm going to have to pay for repairs or did I get screwed? I'm also dreading finding out that it doesn't have SCSI and has an ancient OS!
