How much memory are installed on my MPC 60? (OS 3.02)

Hello!

I´m a new (lucky) owner of a MPC 60 I with OS 3.02 .
I bought at Ebay and he seller said the machine full memory expanded, and has 26.2 sec sampling-time.

But if I try to sample some sounds, I just can record 13,1 sec. For example: 2x 4,5 sec and 1 x 4 sec. After that the screen told me " no more memory available".

Where can see how much memory are installed on my MPC 60?

13.1 is not fully expanded. When you sample try going past 13.1 if you can't then there you know.

Also, open up the machine and see how many RAM sticks are inside. Maybe one got knocked loose during shipping and you do have full memory or maybe he lied to you.

You can get a memory expansion for $135 from Forat.com

you would only need to purchase one stick but open up your machine to see if something got knocked loose or maybe this person had a hack job done.

Can you explain where are the expansion sticks are in the machine? What letters or numbers or on it?

or maybe if you know where i can find a picture of a inside with installed expension?
