Using 3000 os disk on 60

just wondering if you can use the 3000 os disk V 3.16 to upgrade the 60

does the 60 need an OS disk inserted to operate, I can't remember

No.

The MPC3000 OS 3.16 OS boot disk is for ...... the MPC3000.

Not the MPC60.

A search of the forum would have found this answer too.

Thanks I was just thinking of something and I did search...but theres so much garbage you can dig through until you find a record.
