syncing my 60 with a roland kr-100

is ti the sync out on the rear panel that i use or the in...and what should i have the sync set to midi clock or smpte

Take a MIDI cable and plug one end into the kr-100's MIDI in port. Plug the other end into one of the 60's MIDI out ports. If you wanna use the kr-100 to trigger the sounds on the 60, then take another MIDI cable and plug one end into the MIDI out on the kr-100, then plug the other end into one of the 60's MIDI in ports.
