60 II owner!

I just won an ebay auction, and am glad I got the ugly one. dont hate.

Is 590 a decent price with scsi, new backlight, new buttons and shipping included?


I was wondering if this thing has any dope tricks, or if it is pretty straight up as I suspect?

I already know the xl and 1000, so im guessing that it will be less complicated, but more technical (sample time and filters lacking)

anyone use their 60 in combo with an xl, or more recent mpc?

i got the 60 II too... its a bit different from the other mpc at 1st but you get use to it....

the sequencer is a bit different too...

im just using mine as a stand alone for now... but i do plan on getting a S1000 or 3000 sampler to roll with it...

hey this is my first post in 60 forum.

I got a mk1 recently, Ive also got an mpc1000 too.
The mk1 was an impulsive ebay purchase after drinking in the pub!
Its been cool to mess with so far although ive been too busy to properly make beats over the last month, only thing is my pads dont register 127 even if i hit them really hard! I get double triggering too, which i never get with the new pads on the 1000.
Im looking forward to summer when ill have more time to get this thing working really nicely.
