Has Roger Linn.....

Totally abandon the MPC 3k? I mean he did you a upgrade for the 60 but nothing for the 3000. I think we a can agree it's time for a serious upgrade of the 3000 rom.Has anyone ever contact Mr.Linn on his feelings on making some upgrades??

I think you are beating a dead, worm-ridden horse.

Just cause other machines are getting upgrades doesn't mean the rest of the machines re going to get upgrades.

People are just antsy.

The way I see it the 60 upgrades were just to bring it up to speed with the 3000. As far as it would go anyway, given the hardware limitations. Rohan has been updating the software for the 3000 so there is some unofficial support there. You looking for bug fixes or added functions?

I am not totally sure but I think Roger Linn left akai after the MPC 60 II came out....I could be wrong though!!!!

Philly have you abandoned all sense and reason? I mean you have read the many Roger Linn interviews linked to on this site yes? So you will know exactly what his view is? And you know Rohan is the person who took up the baton and has been making changes allowable within the constraints of the capability of the machines hardware?

Yeah, easier access to files on a computer would be very nice.
