Yeah I know, I got a very good price. Hm, is that white display backlight worth changing to? My display + backlight are in top condition, but I wonder if those white ones is more comfortable for the eyes? Better contrast maybe?

Well i just see the black letters more clear. It is sort of very light green. Not totally white. If your standard display is still lighting up then don't change it. Keep the cash for something else.

I agree, the white one is still blue (more aqua than the stock light) and the white does help it be more clear. The name I guess is what it looks like when not through the lcd. The color of the foil with no power is pink!!

Yeah! I tought he sent me the wrong one man! it really was pink.
And the one that came out was white and that was the original one.
So the old one looks brighter when it comes out but lights up darker when installed. And the new one the other way around.
Crazy haha...

Well if you think of the light that has to travel through the glass and lcd, the pink would have more red spectrum which is probably what the LCD filters out the most.
