They will work out who is responsible, and send the appropriate authorities to sort it out.

I would imagine that a complaint to that website would result in them telling the hosting company to take the fraudulent site down.

If anyone has had their money stolen by Rohan, I would suggest making a complaint to them.

All the people who have bought OS3.50 after Rohan disappeared should get their money back from PayPal without a doubt, there´s probably 100´s of complaints already!

My view of it is that Rohan is doing time and can´t respond from where he´s at.

"Should" get their money back, but PayPal normally refuse to do anything after their 45 day period to enter a claim after the purchase has passed, so not likely that they will do anything.

If paid for by credit card, and depending on the credit card company timeframes, you might be able to get them to do a charge back to recover the money from PayPal.

If the reports are true, that someone at Rohan's end is disputing buyers attempts to get their payment back from PayPal, in saying to PayPal that the upgrade has actually been shipped out, when it seems it hasn't, and is seemingly keeping the website funded and running, then this would be intentionally stealing from the customers, from fellow MPC3000 users, and is absolutely fraudulent.

If there is someone there keeping the website up, and disputing PayPal refund claims, then they should be able to also fulfill orders, and respond to these issues, there doesn't seem to be a reasonable excuse not to.

No matter what the reason, this s**t isn't on, no matter what a legend he is in the first place for creating the OS upgrade.

I suppose someone in Australia would have to sue, to find out what's going on. But it would cost more that a set of Vailixi EPROM's to do this. I can't see it happening anytime soon.
