Apparently, someone who paid for it, and was trying to claim a refund through PayPal, was saying that PayPal told them the seller claimed it had been sent out, or something like that, in one of the many threads.

The vailixi OS will be getting copied at some point, Hopefully soonish,there is no doubt on that. There are still a lot of people (me included), who paid a lot of money to receive a product that they never received.

Khayos... wake up. The guy has conned quite a number of people. He has been absent for a year and a half +. And in this time has renewed his website several times. If you are stupid enough to believe in this guy, then go ahead and place an order on mansell labs website in a minute.

Interestingly his mansell-labs email bounces but emailing his Paypal address seems to work

I'm not saying to go crazy and pirate it, but that if I do come across a copy, I will have no problem using it until he reappears, and then would have no problem paying for it.

I just want to buy it, but there doesn't seem to be any way to do so, and there are not many second hand MPCs coming up to buy with it installed either.

Like I said, it is a real pity, what he has done to create the OS upgrade is awesome, going AWOL and still running the website and stealing peoples money, if that is what is happening, is not.

I will certainly be copying the chips and reimbursing all those who paid, once I get my hands on a 3k with the chips installed. Not to make a profit, as I have no interest in Illegally selling someone elses product, but when there are so many people who have been done over,then legal does not come into it. It's just a matter of time before one comes up for sale. I think one did, not to long ago but I missed out on that.

I got my Vailixi years ago so no need to place an order.

paypal are only interested up to 40 days after your original purchase. The fact that he was communicating with me and there was so many people saying the sun shines out his ass, I wasn't worried. Turns out, I should of been.

But it's all good. I believe in karma man. So what comes around goes around.

Besides, like stated,it is NOT piracy. People need to recognize the fact that when you pay for something, you should receive it. It is simply providing people for the products that they payed for, but I can understand from a moderators point of view, you want to see none of this filthy talk.
