Which SP should I buy to Compliment my MPC3K????

The emax hard drives are actually cheap and easy to replace, the are the same as old mac drives from the same era.

The real move is to get the HD SE PLUS. That one has scsi, and you can use it with a zip. Yes, a rackmounted SP with a zip! Very rare though, I found one locally. There is a mint keyboard version PLUS on ebay now, you really never see those. Still gonna be waaaaayyyy cheaper than an SP.

...and oh yeah, it's absolutely not worth replacing the HD anyway. It's noisy, it's hot, and it can't hold shit!

All the Emax Rack version have the same frequncy sampling rate as like as in this manual?Or i may don't understood?

I heard about "Aliasing" (seems to be sampling in 45t and then pitch down)

I found the Sp-1200's Aliasing sounds better than the MPC60's Aliasing...
Do you think any EMAX Rack have the same aliasing or the Frequency ratio is playing something in the story?

Any Idea about it?

The Emax being discussed is the Emax I. There is an Emax II which is 16-bit and is not considered to sound like the SP samplers. There are rack and keyboard versions of both the Emax I and II. All Emax samplers have a variable sampling rate.
I have a 60 and an Emax I. I just sampled the same 33 1/3 record played at 45 rpm onto both the 60 and the Emax and slowed the pitch down considerably on both machines so both samplers were playing the same sound at the same slowed speed. The Emax cut a lot more high end off than the 60. It sounds good to my ears. You get more bit-crushed aliasing for sure.
I don't have an SP, so I can't compare these sounds with an actual 12(00), but I think you could make something that sounds very similar to what's in the video w/ a 60 slaving an Emax. Keep in mind that a lot of the aliasing you are hearing on youtube is from the way the site compresses content-you can hear it when no music is playing.
By the way, I've seen those videos before and that guy is hilarious.
