yeah man. you have to have a pci card for each q10 you are using.
wont work any other way

yea... thanks for the confidence boost... i should be able to get it figured out sooner or later... ill have to consider installing 2 in the same system though... thanks for your input again, its nice to hear from someone that has them up and running on a fairly recent machine on XP...

The only reason why I haven't sold my 1000 is because of the realtime q-link function. That's DOPE on bass! And also cuz i have about 40 plus beats that i gotta bounce into the computor before I get rid of it...

You CANNOT compare the PADS and the FILTERS between the 1000 and the 3000. The 1000 doesn't even come close...But I agree, it has pretty flexibel sequencing and editing... Thing is though, I got a cool lil trick on my 3000 that allows me to skip the whole trimming part......

1. make sure you have a 3k.
2. go to www.mansell-labs.com and buy Vailixi 3.50

i'm on 3.11 and i work it well... i'm NOT gonna reveal the actual trick cuz i wanna keep it in the fam. don't want to be bit..... but i can ENSURE ya'll that there is a way in 3.11 to do it. it's just up to you to find out for yourselves...

hmmm, i actually got mine from the us... know a bunch of cats that have one but nobody wanna sell hehe... they pop up on adds sometimes though... but i had no time to wait for that.
