Money was not the issue, I´ve been searching for a clean one with europower for almost two years. This one had all the additions made this year. Opened her up and all the extras are brand new.

All the cheaper ones are usually treated like dirt, with knobs missing and scratches and all that mess. Trust me, i´ve been looking.

I have totally refurbished my MC60mkII, and allthough that one was bought cheaper, still had to spend a lot to get it fitted with everything. On that one the shipping was almost 150€, this one nothing. And JD, I ordered from you also for that one so give me a break:) Living in Finland, it aint easy.

Yes, I´m a collector, call me stupid for paying but this one was the last one missing from my collection.

So, offer me something good and you know I´ll pay ridiculous amounts of money for it. HEHEHE.

Just recently realized im sort of a collector too except i pride myself on paying the lowest possible prices.

Started years ago when i was trying to get back into doin' beats and had a small budget starting from scratch.

Made a habbit of looking for the best value for my limited funds.

Realized after my set up was done that i could give it away at a profit because i had paid so little for it.

Called it my "Craigslist Studio". Years later i find myself still keeping a look out for a great deal on a MPC.

Cant tell you how many i have bought and sold since then, but i did keep a few for myself.

I guess im a collector because i cant bring myself to sell a few that i purchased and restored to former glory.

Even though i dont need them. Just love having them around.

Yo Clint, in the process of getting the iMac now. Read how you did the Logic set up with the MPC (seems like the MPC users dream)

Got a 60II that i just cleaned up and put a backlight in and im gonna run with that and Logic to see how it feels.

If the chopping of samples is as easy and accurrate as it looks and i dont loose the feel of the MPC sequencer I think i will be a happy man.

I never tried it with a 60, hope those stiff ass buttons don't slow down your flow...

Buttons not stiff at all on the one i have. Actually ended up getting two for about the same price i had in the budget for one.

Planned on reselling them both but fell in love with the way the sequencer feels.

I had forgot Just how tight that thing is. So im gonna give it a try.

If not a have the 1000 and the 2000 on deck.

Any reason why the 60II would not work?

My 60 has ultra sensitive buttons... you touch them lightly with almost no press and they work flawlessly. Though besides the backlight my machine seems almost brand new.

Same here. My buttons are actually a pleasure. Have to remind myself i dont have to press so hard

Been bangin on mine the last couple days with Reason and some internal sounds just to get used to navigating it.

Buttons, Pads, Incredible. Got a second one that just needs a backlight, same incredible condition.

Not trying to jack my own thread but...

On my two 60's some of the buttons need two or three hard presses to activate properly.

Probably need some cleaning inside the machines, I'll get round to it one day.

The 60 MK1 is still clicky but with a little pressure.

The 60 MK2 is as clicky as new, still a solid fit.

That is silly. I got my fully loaded 60 MKI for $450.
