Of coarse it was insured with the shipping company but i filed a dispute through PayPal about the quality of the machine. My complaint was that it wasnt "as described". I did get some money back to bring it to the value it really was. Although i would have never purchased it in the first place unless it was in great condition which it wasnt. But hey like i said one mans "excellent condition" unit is another mans "fair condition SOLD AS IS". As of right now im looking for another unit. I want a clean piece...
