you could get an 808 or 909 for maybe 500 bux... but that was prolly in the 90's..now theyre $2k ...No different with MPC's, same thing.. it is 2011.. the vintage MPC60s are just gonna get more and more expensive. Especially most of them are molested, beat up and sweat on, gigged, hip hopped, drunk or blunted people around them, etc... it's harder to find a mint MPC60 than any vintage synth from the 80s... even 70s... Seems there are more more synth owners that take care of their gear, not the same as MPC owners I noticed. Or, maybe MPC are much more banged on and used in the studio as compared to synths.
