Maybe some of the MP60 addicted people can help me out on this one,
I got a 60 with a maybe **** up drive,I tried several different drives, they work,do all operations properly, but just after about an hour of usage the MPC flipps and turns off and on again, just like the original drive does it.
Maybe the guy that owned the machine first was **** around with the jumpers on the Mitsubishi MF353C-62M-the OG drive-so i need somebody who could tell me (or show on a pic) the original jumper settings on that drive, cause you cant find info on that one cause its an old 720k drive.
That thing have 2 jumper blocks, one is on the back for ds0 and a jumperblock inside the drive,so if anybody could make a picture of the inner jumperblock on his 60 drive,i think that would help me a lot.

Peace

Its the Mitsubishi MF353C-112A,it's the OG Drive I just need somebody to look in their MPC and make a Pic of the Jumpers because I think that the previous owner maybe switched some jumpers to make it work or something,i tried maybe 20 different drives and with the right jumper settings they seem to work but then act like the og one,i just wanna make sure that the jumpers on the mitsubishi are set right....

Sorry but I cant help you with a pic (I dont have the MPC60) but If you tested other drives and they do th same as the original then I would say: The problem is not the disk-drive. Maybe there is something wrong with the power supply. I've heard that some s900s drives didnt work when the power supply had a problem. What about other floppy cables?

Oh and I'm interested in the drives you've tested. could you send me a list of the drives that worked with the 60?

thank you
