Hey guys,
I just got an MPC 3000 with a SCSI external drive (similar to this one http://www.scsiforsamplers.com/all_products.asp?HD-9b). The MPC reads the drive without any problems, however I connected it my computer (have an Adaptec 29610N card) and it read it but said that I needed to format it for it to be readable.
What Im trying to do is to connect the scsi drive to my computer and the mpc so I can save and edit files, save on the scsi so that the mpc can read it. I've been reading the forum for the past 2 days and so far the only solution I found was to upgrade to the Vailixi 3.50 OS.
Im wondering if there is another solution or is the the upgrade the only way. If anyone has any suggestions or ideas please share them.
