Share your knowledge on these two classic MPCs

I just got a parallel drive and I didnt know there was a difference between that and a regular SCSI drive? Theres no possible way to use the parallel drive with the 3000? it sucks... I just spend like 30 bucks on this parallel drive and it wont work.. do I HAVE to use a SCSI drive?

Nope, no way to use a parallel drive with any SCSI-enabled sampler. If you want to use a zip drive, it must be a SCSI zip drive. Always make sure the drive has at least one switch in the back between the connectors - that will mean it is a SCSI drive.
