s950 exm-006 dmc-03 schematics (even pics?)

I am interested in the details of the memory expansion upgrade cards if anyone has them. I know it can't be all that complicated. Has anyone made a bootleg version of these? I'd like to hear how if so. I am not trying to spend 90 Euros on 740 KB of RAM in the 21st century. I have looked at the exm-003 and dmc-04 cards in my 60s and they can't be all that different.

It aint about the size it about how rare it is & the 60 mem do u no good.

Just how the game go - €90/and or gut a ol' ass 950 & take the mem out

soundlogic had some of his own making... i got a few a few years back... i heard he lost his inventory of them in those fires last year though...
