S950 Backlight

S950 Backlight

Before I get the thread link, yes I saw the thread posted up here not to long ago. I found an s950, but the backlights dead. I can solder, but is it an easy fix or should I just let forat handle it? Also is there any difference between the midikrate backlights or telesis backlights in brightness?

And nobody. Too "noob" for people I guess. :lol: **** it I'll just send it to forat with my 2k that needs some serious maintenance.

The problem might actually be that it's not the foil that doesn't work, but the inverter, if you say it is "dead". I can hardly imagine the foil being that worn that you cannot see at least a faint glow in a dark room. Check that out.
