Thought i would see if any of you guys came up on some MPC 60 MK 1 parts you may wanna get rid of.

Endcaps / sides / side rails or whatever they are called on this model.

Looking for the Data Entry knob. (prefeably unblemished)
Volume Knob.(preferably unblemished)
(I may try to sand and paint one that has paint rubbed off)

VST says No
Forat says No
MPC Stuff says no.

Anyone have any of this stuff that they are willing to part with? If you have other 60 stuff.. feel free to post it for the benefit of those who may be looking for something different.

I might have what you are looking for. In turns i was wondering if you had an extra video card. The board that the screen connects too. Thanks.

Video card? Not sure what you mean cheif.

"The RS-232 serial port on the back of the MPC60 MK1, according to a support rep at http://www.rogerlinndesign.com was designed to be used for an external screen. The port itself was never implemented, and the video output was put off until 1994 on the MPC3000 when it was made into an actual VGA output. Once again, Linn was thinking ahead..."

If you are talking about the VGA for the 3k, I dont have one. Im looking for one of those too though...

Of course you would be talking about the board that the the screen ribbon cable attaches to. The floppy/scsi drive also attaches to this board.

No dice on that one. Somebody help this cat out...

If you are looking for other parts, feel free to post in this thread. Maybe somebody can come up on something they have been looking for.
