STRANGE ISSUE WHEN LOOPING WHEN SYNCED TO TRITON

Right so i have the 3000 midi synced to the triton and all is working the fine the same as when i synced the triton to the 2500 except the only problem is when the 8 bars loops round, theres some sort of glitch where it slows down or jumps or something?????

It only happens when it loops ie.. falls on the one....Any answers to this would be appreciated

dumb question, but do you have it set on the MP to loop to the 1?

yes i have it set to loop to bar one......

I found if i made a nine bar sequence instead of a 8bar and left the first bar empty and set it to loop to bar 2 it all works fine......very strange...although this is a short term fix for the problem, i would prefer not to have to do it this way.....any suggestions or help would be appreciated...
