60 II knob

just picked up a 60... first thing i noticed was that the knob just below the + and - keys takes a few spins before it catches and changes whatever field i have the cursor in, and even when it does catch, it doesn't really work that well... thankfully, those + and - keys handle the task with no problem... just wondering if this is normal for a machine this old, or if its something i can fix or have repaired.

The spindle that the knob sis on is called an encoder. You will need a new one of those.
