I'm getting some of these made for the two 3000's I have and was wondering if anyone here would be interested? Forat charges $300, I don't know yet what the total cost for me would be, but I'm shooting for $200.

Just gauging potential demand right now, once I get mine done I'll post pics and see who all is for sure interested.

^of course, that's who will be doing these.. :?

the plus side is you don't have to find someone, explain the process to them and go through all the crap that I did. Another plus would be that if I got enough people interested, with money  , I could have them made cheaper than you could have one made (see economies of scale)

it's no biggie, I'm having some made up for me and I'll throw a few of them on Ebay as well, I guess if people are interested they will buy them from there.

that's more like it!

I met with the guy yesterday and he's going to fab up the first set, I'll try and post pictures when I get them (though it may take a few runs to and from for dude to get them right)

the first set I asked him for the lightest wood possible, to match the regular 3000..so it'll just be oak, but he can get a variety of woods, I"ll see what's up when I get these back...I just hope they're usable and not hillbilly hacksaw steez
