cleaned up pads mpc3000 i got last week now not workin

stock mem. 3.11os removed four clip wires removed pad brains also clip cleaned everything up put all back together now screen an back light come on but no button LEDS come on when pressed and main screen doesnt change most likely a clip or ribbon not connecting also i did not put back the scerews that let u open the case i wouldnt think so but could this be a ground thing?thanks for any input or help Mrfunk76

@ mrFunk1976 - have you double checked all the connections are seated properly ?
It sounds like a cable not connected right.

nothin did all the clips again checked the four fuses i can see is there any other fuses idk about?

Try this. When you connect the sensor sheet to the controller, try shifting it all the way to the right or left side (can't remember) to get it aligned for a proper connection. It has a little bit of space in the controller connection, so when the sensor sheet is miss-aligned the pads will not work.

yeah I would open it back up and check that all the internal cables are plugged in tightly, more than likely its just that!

i will try shifting the pad ribbon thanks for the advice.all the clips are in place right to by the way and would that ribbon stop the screen from changing and everything?

i tryed shifting the ribbon around still nothing. would the ribbon really make all buttons and nob stop working?somebody help i want play with it.

What's to clean? I only open the MPC to fix or mod it, not to clean. To easy to break something.

I still can't tell what the symptoms are. Nothing works? MPC's work with the pad assembly completely gone, so I would think you did something else in there.

The main blue screen and that's it nothing works.The 3k worked fine before I cleaned the pads because two of them were not working.

Problem fixed there was gray clip not pluged in don't know how I missed it
