Greetings for all the mpc user's, I just got my 3kle and I want to know if have a function to switch to phrase sample/one shot, like the 2000 or I must editing the sample to make this? Peace

You can't phrase sample and if by one shot you mean "Note Off" so that the pad plays when you hold it down and until you release it yes it does do that.
