Frozen 3000

I have a client with a frozen 3000. I will find out more details on what may have cause the freeze, but there is some important unsaved work that he is trying to save. I'm thinking it could possibly be a frozen LED. I don't suppose you could keep a MPC on while you perform something like that, could you? Do we have any other options?

You mean swapping out components while it's on? No...unless you want to run the risk of getting a nasty shock...
