anyone have a program built that has the pads set in conjunction with the keyboard keyscale? Like so I can have pad 1 be A and pad 2 be A sharp?

Im all down with that, its been an organization issue forever for me...

Is the easiest way to set up some midi tracks in protools to a virtual instrument, and go to each device and hit the keys on the piano, and and the MPC, and just adjust the midi notes on the mpc until they correspond with the correct notes?

make one... :D

takes 5 minutes probably... its tedious though... lol...

this is the FIRST thing i tell EVERYONE that gets an mpc to do... they never listen though...  its easier to learn this way than to change the way you think down the line... but nobody listens and always stumbles onto the "need" for it way down the line... its hard to get someone to commit to something that the purpose wont be apparent to them for some while, or never if they dont use any other external midi gear...
