no one? the floppy drive is a Teac 235-HF 3300. however its a 4x8 block with jumpers. a-g on the left side and 1-4 on the bottom. it has a the black bezel. i assume it has something to do with jumper settings. but this is just an issue that has started to occur.... it reads floppys on boot up and the first floppy inserted. but any floppy inserted afterwards wont read.... any help would be greatly appreciated....i cant seem to find jumper setting for this model either. every other teac 235 floppy seems to be a 3x8 block not 4x8....

1 2 3 4
above is the labelling on the jumper grid. iv been searching all afternoon and have come up with next to no information on this model. *sigh*.

Teac FD-235HF 3300 -U
P/N 19307333-00
S/N Y386492

above is the model information

im assuming the issue has to do something with disk change jumper settings...however i cannot find anything.

i dont usualy do this but rohan from what i gather your the god of mpc3000's if you can help me at all id realy appreciate it.

You picture is terrible, I can't make out any of the jumper settings.

Most TEAC drives are custom so you will not find information on a specific model. Pin 34 needs to supply the disk change signal. The jumpers in the picture below may not apply to the MPC 3000 operation but you can get an idea of what the labels of the pins are.

Some reading material below which you should be able to figure out how your drive is set up : ... drives.htm ... _Rev-A.pdf ... d0100a.pdf ... d0050a.pdf ... d0020a.pdf ... d0010a.pdf

for some reason i thought i had to many jumpers on it...i received it this way when i purchased the mpc. i have cf - reader but i love using floppies. theyre super easy to keep organized. i got all my breaks labelled ect. i wish my floppy drive would just work 100%
