First Post Broken MPC 60 - please help

Hi guys, newbie alert!

I've had an MPC 60 for about 6months - which I love dearly.

The other day, it was on for quite a while as I was really getting into a beat...

Anyway, now when I power up, it doesn't work. Nothing comes on the screen apart from a mess if you turn the contrast right up...

A few of the button lights come on and you can hear the click if you press Rec+ Play. No disks load if you insert them though.

Please does anyone know what this could be? I read somewhere about buttons sticking, but I can't tell if that's it - they seem ok, as far as I can tell.

Would really really appreciate any advice as I do love my 60.

turn it off and back on... wait a little while and do it again several more times... try with a disk inserted. It might work eventually.

Get someone to check for you if any of the boards insde are loose. If nothing happens, resit the RAM chips.
