first post. i am trying to source the original drum samples and sequences that came with this mpc. I believe they were titled:
"studio set and system all"
"rock set and system all"
"dry set and system all"
"synth set and system all"

i dont necessarily need all of them. I am trying to test this mpc60mkii i just acquired and none of the drum sounds/samples/sequences on the roger linn site are compatible with 2.12. they are 3.10 only and when i try to load them the mpc throws a 06h error. any ideas where i could get v2.12 drum sets?

i have already sent an email to sales@rogerlinn, but i figured id fish in two ponds for answers.

thanks for any help.

It's a sampler! No need for those disks, Connect an audio source (turntable, CD player, radio, computer etc) to the input and sample something. Then you will know it works.

Once you have sampled some sounds, assign them to the drumpads and test em. It's pretty simple. Doesn't have to be drums.
Do you have a manual? If not I suggest you download one from the web and give it a read. It'll explain a few things.
