Hi. I'm having some problems using MPC 3000 as a midi sequencer with my R3. I'm trying to record midi notes to MPC and i just don't manage to get it work. With my old MPC (1000) everything worked just fine but with 3000 i'm propably missing something essential?
I got my midi cables hooked from R3's midi out to MPC's midi in and otherwise. Midi channel is same for both and R3's (let's say 1A) midi clock is set ext midi. On the MPC side i got my active track receive channel right (channel 1), main screen track type is drum and pgm is off. I've been going thru both manuals and everything seems to be how it should be but still when im trying to record something, nothing goes in to MPC and naturally nothing comes out.
Any help would be great!!!
