Akai MPC3Kle how to upgrade to 3.11

Do all MPC3000's le (limited) came with 3.11?, because mine is in fact 3.10.

Might be an earlier version LE Im assuming. Can I load the 3.11 via floppy only?
or will the sys file work if I load it via a SCSI drive?
