MPC 60II with Pro Tools 8 MIDI Time Code Sync Error :(

hey guys. i have an mpc 60ii slaved to my pro tools using MIDI Time Code. for some reason, my beat is always off beat (7 msecs late) from my Pro Tools click and grid.my sync in is as follows:
