after 4 days of fine working with my mpc3k I decided to switch it off for just a few seconds.

the backlights shines bright but there is nothing else left.

might it be a heating problem

He cooled down and still nothing.
I checked my VGA-Out. It works but that is not really an option

Those same fuses blew on my MPC3000 (120v) when I forgot to plug in the stepdown transformer one time, its so easy to forget when setting up. Something must have happened to blow your fuses, but thankfully they did their job and prevented further damage to the machine.

Yes mate you are totally right, THX God!

I own a 3k made for the US-Markets(110V-60Hz).
Felt like a good deal even with the VAT but I had to replace the Backlight and diffenrent switches and the memoryextension.

So I almost paid the same price as you pay in Europe.

AND I have to use a massive AC-AC Converter.

This might be the reason for.

Nevertheless the 3K´s are fantastic babies
