MPC 60II RAM

sup homies, i had the unexpected pleasure of realizing my 60II has only got the stock ram installed (13.1 sec) i'm floored as the guy who sold it to me said it was fully maxed... before i complain to him about it (not that i'm expecting anything at this point anyways) i was wondering though if by any chance the memory upgrade could be badly fitted? i know it's a long shot but if someone can point me to a picture of what a installed ram upgrade looks like in a 60II i'd appreciate that..

i'm already anticipating the worst case scenario, however i'm having trouble finding a ram upgrade seller (neither ebay or the links inside the 60 bible work) if anyone can help me with this unfortunate situation..

Alternative option is to get a S-950 with 750kb, 1.5mb or 2.25mb.

Forat sells them. That's where I got mines from. I still have it. Never used it. Check out Forat's price. If his price is too high, I may let mine go for cheaper.

funny you mention armens.. i used to go there in the late 90s when i lived in NYC.. i remember he had some crazy frankenstein experiments hanging on those walls (racked SP1200s & TR-x0x's) pretty cool but yea pretty $$$ even back then!

anyways i'm in europe now & i'm not looking to break the bank on the expansion.. i see they were still available a year ago in germany for around 90 euros, so i'm hoping to still find one around that price.. if not screw it i'll just wait.. i already have several other samplers it's not like time is an issue i just wanna max the 60 for the sake of completeness..

Yeah if you need a 3000 missing the side panels and/or armrest, that looks like it was dragged for a mile on asphalt, for around $1600...Armen is your guy.
