Scrub Wheel

My scrub well on the mpc3000 works intermittently. Is this that big of a deal to fix or should I take it in for repair?

One of the easiest repairs you can do on this machine.

If open your machine you'll find the "ROTARY ENCODER" assembly to be easily accessible.

Order the part from AKAI and replace it your self if you have basic skills with repair work on electronic equipment.

Other wise take the unit to a repair centre that can obtain AKAI parts and have them perform the repair for what ever it's worth.
