mpc 3000 le prices

I got offered a mpc 3000 le wanted to know what's the most I should pay for it seller was asking 1500.00 canadian but said he will take 1200.00 canadian if I'm serious about purchasing. Thanks in advance for any input you could share .

it all depends on condition and upgrades. Does it have max ram, cf kit, vga,
vailixi (not that thats worth anything anymore).

Also what about the functionality of the machine? Good backlight, good responsive tact switches, scratchy volume pots, dead pads

All things being considered, I think 1200 canadian is a deal for a LE in good working condition.

Three of the pads aren't responsive , full ram , internal zip drive vga, no vailixi back light is good no scratchy volume pots good responsive tact switches.

sounds good if it is local in person... but try to get some money shaved off because you will have to spend some on new pad sensors to get it fully working. But if those pads work on full level then I would get it at that price if a bargain couldn't be made.

The sellers local it's one of my boy's who's trying to clear out his studio. Thanks for the tip on testing pads on full level gonna pick it up on Tuesday.
