MPC 60 loosing sequence after recording a new sample

OS 2.12 MPC 60 I - I'm new to the MPC 60 - spent quite a bit of time since 2 Month. However, I got the issue that whenever I start recording a sequence it got wiped as soon as I record another sample and I have to start from scratch. Is that part of the OS or is there a other approach that I'm not aware of to keep the recorded sequence?

It's a standard behavior of the OS you are running on. You need to upgrade to later OS (3.10 from Roger Linn Design or unofficial 3.15 Vimana OS) to keep your sequences. IMHO, the best upgrade you can treat your 60 with.. >>> link
