Cracker Jack - or rather, cracked jacks (3000)

Hey all. I noticed a few of the jacks were kind of free-floating in their holes in the back of my MPC3000's case. Upon further examination, it looks like the jacks cracked and the little barrels that stick out through the case are snapped off. Ironically they still kinda work as long as a cable is inserted - they are (barely) trapped inside the unit by the metal case and then "snug up" to the part of the jack they snapped off from when I insert a cable. But obviously I'd like to repair them!

The jacks are:
-left sample input jack
-couple individual outputs
-Headphone out

I imagine the inputs and outputs are TS. Headphone is TRS. But does anyone know actual part numbers or brands of these jacks? I wanted to order them and since they are still kinda working, didn't want to desolder from the boards just to check the brands/part #. Links to sites that sell the exact model welcome.

maybe you can look into something like this:


and maybe it can be bolted onto the hole in the case... but you would need to make some sort of way to solder it onto the output board inside with some pieces of wire.
