Resampling with the MPC 3000 Vailixi./ Editing Vailixi os?

I haven´t see this discussed here, but there´s a glitch in the Vailixi 3.50 O.S that lets you resample the main or individual output signal in the record sample window. I posted a video of this on my Instagram account:

Now would it be possible to edit the Vailixi o.s. to allow pads to be pressed in the record window?
Clearly the inputs and outputs are capable of resampling as my video clip shows, It´s just that the pads are unresponsive in the record sample window, but the signal "bleeds" through to the sample window if you are fast with your button pressing.

That is interesting. May have to try it on my 3000.

Please make this a feature for future 3000 OS

That would be dope, also having the option of input monitoring stay open would be handy too
