Stretching bass samples

Does anyone know of a good way to stretch a bass sample on the MPC 60 OS v3.10?

Only way is to loop the bass to repeat forever. There might be a way you can do it on the the computer and then send it back to the 60.

Be prepared to spend some time on it though. I find sinewaves and 808 booms are good samples to loop. the 808 is a lil harder to loop.

dunno about time stretchin (who needs time stretch anyhow)...

just set your sample to poly and play with the note variation slider.

If you have alot of time and just the MPC60 around then use the "COPY ZONE -> TMP" function then just paste with "INS TMP-> ZN END".
